What to expect:
You can order on-line or thru the mail.  Each order is produced at the time of  receipt of the order, so they don't have an inventory.  As a result, you may wait for the book about 12 weeks.  They ship overseas for a small additional cost (via surface mail) but expect to wait another 4 weeks or more in addition to manufacturing time.  The re-prints are good-quality photo-copies, on acid-free paper,  hard-bound if requested.  The quality of the re-print depends on the quality of the original publication.  Sometimes quality of  photographs is reduced.
